All warranty coverage is provided by the KORG distributor of the country that your product was purchased in. Products sold by unofficial or retailers outside your local distributor's territory may not conform to local specifications and will not be covered by your local distributor's warranty. If you are not currently located in the country where your product was purchased and require local repair, please contact the local KORG distributor for servicing information. Please note, if you require warranty coverage you must have your product serviced in the country where it was purchased even if this involves paying freight to and from that country. Do you ship international?
No, we do not ship to international destinations, only domestic addresses within 50 states of USA are eligible, also we do not accept orders with PO box shipping addresses or APO/FPO destinations. For international dealers contact information visit: Authorized Dealers
How long does standard shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days not including handling time, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note we will require 1-3 business days to prepare and ship your package, additional time will be applied during holidays and promotional events.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping for faster delivery. Depending on your shipping address, transit time and pricing information will be available at the time of checkout.
What is the cost of standard shipping?
We offer free shipping with no minimum requirement to addresses within continental United States of America. No PO box, APO/FPO addresses accepted as shipping destination.
Can I track my order after it's been shipped?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's journey in real time.
Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
We highly advise against it due to security concerns however if your order hasn't been shipped yet, we might be able to update the shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible to request an update.
What happens if I'm not home when the package arrives?
If you're not home at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will usually leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from a local facility.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer support immediately. We'll guide you through the return or exchange process.
