The E1 Air features Korg’s Real Weighted Hammer Action 3 (RH3) keyboard, designed to replicate the nuanced feel of a grand piano. The key weight is graded across the range, offering a heavier touch in the lower register that becomes lighter toward the top - just like an acoustic instrument. Highly responsive to fast repetition and subtle dynamics, the RH3 accurately captures the full expression of your performance. Key touch control offers five selectable sensitivity levels (light, normal, heavy, stable, fixed), allowing you to tailor the response to your personal playing style.

E1 Air includes a full three-pedal system - damper, soft, and sostenuto - just like a traditional piano. Both the damper and soft pedals support half-pedaling, enabling greater nuance and control over your expression. The pedal positioning has also been carefully refined to provide a more natural and comfortable playing experience.

In addition to its stunning Italian grand piano voices, the E1 Air offers a versatile selection of 30 high-quality sounds, including electric pianos, organs, clavinet, vibraphone, acoustic guitar, strings, and more. Each sound is richly expressive and thoughtfully crafted. To enhance your performance, three studio-grade effects are available: brilliance, reverb, and chorus. Every preset is carefully matched with ideal effect settings, so you can simply select a sound and start playing with confidence.

The result is sparkling highs, warm lows, and a balanced midrange delivered with clarity and presence. Every detail, from materials and mounting structure to enclosure design, has been refined for maximum musicality.

Seamless Connectivity

Bluetooth audio support Connect your smartphone or other Bluetooth device to the E1 Air and play along with your favorite songs or backing tracks. When not in use as a piano, the E1 Air doubles as a high-quality Bluetooth speaker system, adding even more versatility to your space.

USB MIDI/AUDIO Using a standard USB cable*, the E1 Air connects to your smartphone, tablet, or computer for expanded creative possibilities. Use it as a MIDI controller to trigger external sound modules, record your performance as MIDI data, or play audio from your device directly through the E1 Air’s built-in speakers. *A USB cable (sold separately) is required to connect to a PC, smartphone, or tablet. For iPhone or iPad, a Lightning-USB camera adapter (sold separately) may be needed, depending on the device.

Smart Features for Learning & Creativity

Two-track song recorder to instantly record your performance - The E1 Air includes a two-track digital recorder, making it easy to capture your playing at any moment. You can record each hand separately. With adjustable playback tempo and space for up to 99 user songs, it’s a powerful tool for practice, review, and creative exploration.

A variety of keyboard layout options:

- Split Mode Assign: a different sound to each hand (e.g. bass in the left, piano in the right for jazz)
- Layer Mode Combine: two sounds, such as piano and strings, for a rich orchestral combination.
- Partner Mode Divide: the keyboard into two identical ranges, each with its own damper pedal. This mode is ideal for teacher-student lessons, allowing both players to perform in the same register side by side.

Forty piano songs with helpful features for practicing Alongside 10 demonstration songs that showcase the different sounds of the E1 Air, there are also 40 built-in piano songs. Practice at your own pace with adjustable tempo, separate playback for left- and right-hand parts, and A-B repeat for focused repetition of challenging sections.

Built-in metronome for precise practice The E1 Air includes an essential metronome function to support accurate timing during practice. It can be turned on or off with a single touch.
